• facing big changes
• worrying about something
• not having much or any control over the outcome of a situation
• having responsibilities that you're finding overwhelming
• not having enough work, activities or change in your life .
Stress can affect all aspects of your life, including your emotions, behaviour, thinking ability and physical health. No part of the body is immune, but, because people handle stress differently, symptoms of stress can vary. Symptoms can be vague and may be the same as those caused by medical conditions.
